Application of the continuous carbonization furnace
The continuous carbonization furnace is an ideal equipment for carbonization of woody materials such as
wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells, plant straws and bark so on.
Machine details of the continuous carbonization furnace
♦ The working principle of this continuous carbonize furnace is recycling use the gas and smoke which generated
inside the furnace when preheat the machine.
♦ High temperature conditions in the furnace, oxygen-free carbonization and high carbonization rate.
♦ The carbonization machine rationally adopts the advanced technology of recovering, purifying and circulating
combustion of flammable gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen generated during the carbonization
process.

open the main machine, the carbonized part starts to run, the carbonized part starts to heat,
and the carbonized part is heated for 1 hour. After the temperature meter on the furnace body shows 260-280
degrees, the feeding device is used for feeding. Generally, the rotating speed of the carbonized part is 6-9 rpm,
the speed here can be adjusted according to the different carbonization time of different materials.
